These apartments are so horrible I don't even know where to begin. First off, when I first moved in my toilet did not work for almost a week so i could not use the restroom I had to go to the store down the street. They claimed I broke it but I had not been able to use it since I first got there. Second, the next month my balcony collasped and fell during my house warming party and my family was on it. They almost got sued for that one. They do not fix anything correctly. I have had to have the sink in my kitchen fixed approx. 5 times and they even came and put a whole new sink in and they still can't get it right. I come home some nights to my whole kitchen flooded. The eye on my stove does not work and never has. My door was kicked in and the maintence woman came to fix that and put the door thing on backwards so my door does not shut without the dead lock. My electric bill has not been under $100 for my one bedroom since I got there and this winter it was ridiculous. The walls are so thin you can here you neighbors WHOLE conversation and don't even be trying to have sex, that just don't work. You will never get any sleep b/c of the thin walls and also the people driving back and forth all night and sreaming. The bad kids who are always setting the bushes on fire. If you tell the office they say they can't do nothing and to just call the police. The Office staff are soooooo...........horrible and rude, they need to just quit they don't want to be there. The stairs to get to your apartment are always broke, you feel like you are going to fall through them. The people continually let their dogs doo-doo in the hall and the office staff just tell you to pick it up or you can say something to the person that is doing it. They do not care. The office staff is VERY, VERY, VERY Rude they do not care about you or don't care if you are even there. I am not even a bad resident, I have never been late on my rent, I have no problems with no one, I stay to myself but say something when something gets out of hand. That place is horrible and I would go live in a shelter before I would ever move back there. They need to be shut down, I don't know how they ever made it this far. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau, Health Dept and eveything else. I wouldn't send my worse enemy to that place. If you are thinking to move here, i hope you are REALLY, REALLY, REALLY desperate and you can't go back to yo momma cause, you would be better off there and they also cost to much for those apartments. I would have moved out forever ago but they charge 3 months rent to cancel you lease. I am so happy i will be free the end of April. Good luck to all you other suckers.
