a huge joke!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   the new management''' WOW. i went here the other day to see if i can give a notice... turns out they have my lease dates messed up. a lease is typically 12 months, well these people are now adding on a whole extra 30-60 days which i am not understanding where fromwhen they have it in writing when I signed my lease. i asked for a copy and now everyhtign is being blamed on old management.. the blame game.. tell me how simple math, 07/31/2004-08/01-2007 mysteroiously ends on 11/01/2007' simple math add 36 months and you get your answer. AND THEY ARE UNFRIENDLY. when i asked for clarification apparently the manager is not availabl. my kitchen is falling apart, mould still there, bath tub, they painted over the orevious tenants dirt so i have had this permanent dirt stain in my tub that i OBVIOUSLY cant wash out unless i scrape the paint off. bottom line different management SAME PROBLEMS. go to the sexton communities roud the corner if you need alake that bad. let lakeside die please.
