I've read all the reviews and am smart enough to know that people usually post bad reviews. When someone does something good, it's rare to get compliment but when something is bad, everyone is quick to complain. I moved in last summer and have seen many changes. Maintenance is quick to respond to the couple requests I've had. And the office staff has always been friendly and polite. I have a huge two bedroom apartment on the lake for the cheapest price in this area and I don't even pay for the lake wiew.The school is great and I'm close to everything! I'd give them a chance. You'll be happy.
