to moving here. I have only been here one month and am trying to be hopeful that things are going to improve. I have not seen a fast response to request for maintenance. The closet doors in one of the bedrooms had been marked on and when I moved in the doors were not replaced, cleaned or painted. There was a dinner plate size hole in the ceiling in the kitchen and it is the worst patch job I have ever seen. I have asked that it be corrected, but that has not been done. The carpet in the common area is filthy!!!! I sure hope it improves.

01/2008 Well, it hasn't improved much since my last entry. I have made two requests to have a security light outside my apartment repaired and nothing has been done about it. Came outside one morning to find someone totally busted out windshield on the sidewalk. All they did was move it to the grassy area; couldn't be bothered to clean it up. It is STILL there. However, I do like the amount of space I have. I only wish they would take better care of the property. I wonder if the owners ever come to visit the place.
