Maintenance is very poor, you have too keep calling the office day after day to keep remind them. The secretaries do not retunr phone calls, and when the maintenance is done it breaks down again weeks later. Lots of crime in this co-op. Would not reccomend renting here.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL/they say that they do not allow certain breeds of dogs..however/ if they "like you" you can get by with that "rule"..if not..you have 10 days to get rid of your beloved pet...this is a terrible place to not only live, but to try and have a home/ particularly on Lake W. Terrace Dr./ very high burglary rate..and the neighbors are too "afraid" to speak up...sliding glass doors have been broken into with rocks/ and this all happens during the day..need a gun and a lot of guts to live here...it would be a last resort..you'd be better off living somewhere else than this place...it's the pits
