this must be a review by one of the board of directors, there is 5 and only 2 have enough sense to handle business, the other 3 or on the board for the "EXTRAS" (better carpet, special semi gloss paint, instead of flat, ceiling fans in bedrooms,living room, washer & dryer hookups,special appliances and of course the FREE vacation each year to their convention...with all expeses paid by the cooperative,)and they make sure who gets on or who is ousted. I only lived in community for 1 1/2 yrs. but knew what was going on. As far as maintenance same story, some was good, but there was talk that there was 1 or 2 that had a drug problem and a record, people where afraid to have them in their apt. and the past security was a "JOKE" lived rent free to take care of problems, but when you called they said it was a couresty thing, and if they didn't want to go out and check out a problem than they didn't, hope new service is better for those people.

No darn resident is going to get excited about new security! The fact that security is even needed says it all. DRUG TEST ALL THE EMPLOYEES.
