This is the worst place i have EVER lived. First I didnt have air conditioning for the first 3 months i lived there. Then I HAD to call board of health on them because they would not come out in fix it. The way they ended up fixing everything is running wires through my house. Then I had a hole in my bathroom wall for a good 2 months with black mold ALL over my bathroom and all they did was paint over it. And now here it is November and my heat went out because the gas company had to shut it off cause i was having gas leaks like 2 times a week. so its a thurday and they tried to inform me that my furnace would not be fixed untill wednesday. So i call the board of health agian. They came out and took the old furnace out and it was 59 YEARS ODL! which i lived in an apartment with NO heat basically for a week! the office people are ghetto rude 20 yr old girls. The leasing manager is a total idiot that can never talk on the phone or in person cause "she's not on the clock". This place is a living hell hole. Take my word do not move in here unless you like nothing ever getting fixed $250 pet fees and after that 30 dollars a month. no heat or air... holes in your walls, and gaps in you sliding glass doors.
