Yo!

awful experience

It was a good experience at first, but as the months went by it got worse and worse. I believe it was because of a change in the office staff, they were constantly changing. There was only one helpful employee out of the whole bunch. As has been mentioned in many other reviews, the insulation is awful. I did not have to pay for heat, which was good, but when it came to the summer, our electricity bill was unbelievably high and our apartment never got below 80 degrees. Living there turned out being a nightmare. There is suspicious activity going on out in the open and no one seems to mind. I woke up many nights to people's speakers blasting in both neighboring apartments and from cars. The car next to mine in the carports was broken into and that didn't seem to be abnormal when I called the courtesy office. The officer does his best to help out, but the office does not complete any issues he attempts to correct. I had a carport for my entire lease, the only spots they have are about a block away, a huge inconvenience. The parking was so bad the first few months that there were no parking spots anywhere, my roomate was forced to either park on the street or over at the drug store's parking lot. Towards the end of our lease, when almost every apartment in sight was vacant people started parking under my carport during bad weather. I do not believe that when it snowed I was ever able to actually use it. Nothing was ever done to tell the people to move, the officer said they couldn't do anything if there wasn't registered to a resident. A next door neighbor of ours took up a spot for over 5 months with a broken down pick up truck, all tired deflated, an awful site, it took them that long to put a sticker on it. They pumped up the tired, turned it around, and the tires were flat again within a few days, but it was never bothered again. These are just a few examples. But take my word for it, the noice, construction of the buildings, appliances, and staff were awful. Please, I know there are many bad reviews for this complex, but do not live here, it truly was a nightmare, I also counted down the days till my lease was over because I couldn't wait to move. It is an absolute rip off.
