Just FYI we've been here for 5 years and this winter has been the worst. If you don't have a car I hope you have skis because you're not going to get out of the complex now without falling several times. I've never had that problem before this year.

There was an inadequate plow job done ONCE after 8" of snow with no salting and the reply from the office was that "salting is not in our budget just plowing". This has not always been the case. Mangement has changed many times over the years and this year has been terrible. We waited 2 months just to get lights replaced. It's as if the office doesn't even care about it's residents safety or concerns but you can believe they'll still want that rent check ON TIME!
