DON'T MOVE HERE From: akelley Date posted: 10/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I moved into Lakewood in March 2003 with a roommate. From day one we have had plumbing problems, leaky faucets, trash on the grounds around the apartment, part of one wall was particle board instead of drywall to cut costs on the fix-up of the apartment previoous to moving in, old staiined carpets....the list could go on. We have had little to no response from the office on things that needed fixed. They (the office team) has a non-caring attitude from day one, and I have had it. It really upsets me that they aren't held accountable for things that need done, but they can hold me accountable for not having the rent in to them on time -regardless of THEIR INCOMPETENCE, LACK OF TIMELINESS, AND GENERAL DISREGARD FOR THOSE WHO KEEP THEN IN BUSINESS! The hassles will not be worth your money or the time you will need to invest.
