It was a nice part of town, close to everything. the apartments themselves are aging, they have not been modified since they were originally constructed in the 1970s. The weight room is a wreck. It was vandalized and the staff never replaced the equipment, so it is non-existant for the most part. No rent reductions were given. For what you pay per month, there are much better opportunities even for the NE side of town. The major plus for them was they were rather flexible regarding short-term lease and pets... and if you had good credit they did not require a security deposit. The grounds themselves are nice with mature trees and ponds, unfortunately not well maintained. There are broken streetlights and the tennis court was in sub-par shape.
