SEWAGE IN LAKES
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 5/14/2004
Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
Just to let anyone who is thinking of moving here, dont Ive lived here for three years and it has taken a nose dive in the types of tenants it houses. My rent has remained high. 595.00 for a small 1 br. But new tenant can get in for 499 for a two bedroom. If one of the sewage lines backs up in a unit on any of the lakes it pours out the side of the building and into the lake where children play and people fish. Most people dont even know it because there are not told by management. I called the board of health. I walked around the lakes and noticed every overflow pipe on the lake units was uncapped and had a trail of toiletpaper and stool draining into lake. Thats when i decided that i did not want to pay extra to live by a cess pool.
