This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived. My family and I have been assaulted by a pack of teenagers who are (by the response of the apartment staff) more than welcome to do so.
Maintenance personell take up to a month to respond, and then often leave without actually repairing anything. I have lived here for several years and have always paid my rent on time. In the beginning, this was a nice place to call home. Now, I am told by office personell that if I am not happy here, then I should just break my lease and move elsewhere. The list of problems that make me unhappy include waking up to new vandalism day after day, the overwhelming stench that prevents me from enjoying my balcony, the lack of action by office staff to address any of these problems, and the frustration of turning to the Marion County Sheriffs Department, only to be told that they are so sick of being called out to these apartments that we have to take up issue with the office staff because they can not do anything about the problems within the complex.
Finally, there truly is raw sewage running into the lake from the apartment buildings. I used to fish in the "stocked" lake...until I found out what they were stocking it with!! Avoid getting into the situation I have found myself in. This may be in the Washington Township District, but it feels like I live in the roughest ghetto in Indy.

What is the rent being used for, if not to make this place a safe and comfortable place to live' SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING!!!!!
