maintenance is no help From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005   The maintenance here is awful! I have been bugging the office and maintenance staff for TWO months now to fix our air conditioner and they have been over 2 times (about 6 wks ago) to look at it; but it is still not fixed. The office staff is mostly polite but they seem to have an (I'll do it when I get around to it" attitude. The rent keeps going up but the service does not match!
