I used to live in the dirty apts for 3 mon. and I broke my lease b/c my rent kept going up the water was never on i had to go over to my friends house to take a shower b/c my water was off it was always cold and my air did not work and when they did come fix it I did not even use it b/c it was inside of my house to make a long story short DO NOT MOVE IN THERE IT IS A PIECE OF $#!%.
