I have only lived here 2 months (since July 05)and already I feel like this place is a dump and the worst place I have ever lived! I feel like I have been "duped", "hoodwinked" and "bamboozled"! In the short time I have been in Lakewood Lodge I have had to call the office every week about some problem! When I moved in I gave the office a list of my concerns and things needing attended to or repaired. NOT one thing on that list has been addressed! And every week something new pops up wrong. Just to name a few: apartment smells like mildew (fear possible mold present); air conditioning has gone out on two different occasions during the hottest time of year (July/August), and we had no patio door screens and ALL WINDOWS were painted shut; water leaking from sink (kitchen & bathroom), dishwasher, refrigerator; the only electrical outlet in kitchen suddenly stops working; carpet was cleaned, yet stains suddenly appear when no one has tracked in dirt or anything. There are many other issues/concerns/problems in this DUMP OF A HELLHOLE I have moved my family into, and I have become extremely angered and stressed over the lack of concern on the part of office staff, and the BLATANT LYING TO ME!!! They will tell you anything just to get you out of their office or off the phone. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE INTO LAKEWOOD LODGE APTS. AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THE SAME!!!
