First off the office claims that they are going to be duming a ton of money into the place... well they have dumping right at least. they have made some improvements. The work out room has beed updated with nice equipment. Some of the buildings have new windows. (we are still waiting for ours) All the buildings have been repainted (a lovely poo brown) and parts of the drive have been reblacktopped. The craters in the drive have been filled.... professionally. and some fo the curbs have ben randomly painted white. This being said our problems have still not been addressed and have cost us money and heart ache. Maintenence is a joke and actually hot wired our airconditoner so it wouldnt shut off. it took 2 months to get someone out and there was so much ice built up inside the apt and outside it was insane. We went for a week with out heat in nov even though maintence was here several nights out of the week. We had to spend 2 nights somewhere else becasue of the cold. Weekly we have at least one powersurge that has fried a cable box, modem and possibly our thurmostat. Asside from these problems the apartments have not been updated in at least 10 years. the carpet is ratty, the appliances are very old and outdated and the floors are impossible to clean becasue they have gone so long with out being changed. the windows let air in and out so much that we had to add thurmocurtains to help keep the cold out and the heat in. We have lived here for 2 years and it is just within the last year that we have had all the problems. I dont forsee it getting any better any time soon. These are over priced apartments that are run down. I suggest you look somewhere else.
