its decent but do have some concerns From: merlin85 Date posted: 4/17/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   i've lived here for almost a year..my lease ends in july and im kinda happy about that. i mean..this place is nice, decent, and inexpensive bc i moved in when they had a special discount. i don't really see alot of kids running around or anything horrible.i havent had any problems with maintence but that's probably bc nothings broken down on me. but i do have my concerns. the 1st couple of months were pretty great but one day coming in the front door...my neighbor was goin crazy on his woman and throwin all her stuff all over the place. kinda crazy. the cops have also been on my street and in my building 3 times. ive seen a cop car just sit outside and wait before. I'm thinkin it's about drugs but i duno...i mean why else would they just sit out there. and my neighbors are weird. plus now i dont feel comfortable. i duno its not bc of the diversity it's just i feel like my space is being invaded...i feel like im back in college dorms. plus the fact that theres no washer & dryer in the units..you have to share with everyone. and everyone seems to do their laundry when i want to..so i have to wait. and people leave their laundry in the machines and forget about them. not to mention that laundry costs $2.50 for one load. its crazy! plus you hear everything ...dump truck...stereos...cars goin by. i also dont like the layout of my apartment and the buildings were re-painted this year an ugly barf poopy brown..it makes the community look dirty. so you decide if you like but all i know is..im moving out in july and movin up to fishers...i feel more at home and safe.
