Tenants: very diverse, some internationals, never have been bothered by anyone.
Staff: marginal.
Maintenance: horrible; they need to pay professionals.
Rent: goes up without explanation and mysteriously during winter months, though heat is "free".
Grounds: acceptable.
Location: Wash. Township schools, close to groceries, drug stores, mall, Broad Ripple Park, etc.
The main reason we live here is the complex's affordability relative to its proximity to Broad Ripple. Comparable apartments are IPS.
I do hate that they cut down so many trees last fall and the ugly color that they painted the apartments, but the tenants are nice.

PS. They turn the water off with no warnings when they work on the pipes! This happened to us twice and lasted for over a day once.
