Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Like living in the ghetto. For the rent, it is substandard. Stairwells are dirty, laundry rooms worse. Shrubery rarely trimmed and growing over the walk ways. Light bulbs are out in the stairwells and on the outside of the buildings.
Staff is indifferent. Story changes frequently. Never know if you are being told the truth.
