I LOVE my apartment! I can't be the price that is true. The maintenance people, from what I have heard from my neighbor, have gotten a lot better. I do have to admit that whenever I have a problem, it is fixed. It may not be to my specifications, but it is usually fixed. My only problem that keeps coming back is in the kitchen. My only outlet likes to go in and out. So, when I am using my George Foreman or my microwave, I may have to reset the outlet in the middle of it. Other than that, I love my apartment. The office people can be kind of snooty, but other than that, it's a great place. I too would like the potholes to be fixed, but I'm not complaining.

I am thinking about moving into these apartments. I came out yesterday and looked at the model. They seem nice enough for the price. I am going to drive through the community at night and on the weekend to see how things are.
