I moved in 3 months ago, and I'm only paying $509 a month (before $20 pet charge) for a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment...I looked at quite a few different places in Hamilton county (where I'm originally from & work) and just outside Hamilton county, and this two bedroom apartment is significantly cheaper than any of the one-bedrooms I saw! Granted, the place is older and a bit run-down, but for the money I'm paying I think it's great.

The maintenance has been pretty good -- I filled out the sheet of what was wrong when I moved in and someone actually came out to fix those problems! I wasn't pleased that I woke up one morning and came out of the bathroom in my PJ's to find the maintenance guy standing in my living room...but he had knocked, I just can't hear the door from the back of the apt. I also had a problem with my heater, and the day it was reported someone came out to fix it.

I haven't noticed a crime problem, drug problem (no more than anywhere else I've lived), etc. There are a lot of cars going by with loud stereos, and due to the proximity to Keystone I hear a lot of traffic and sirens go off at least once a day.

As of right now I love this apartment and plan to renew the lease next October.

The rent you listed is a lot cheaper than what is listed in Apartment Guides for Lakewood Lodge - were they running a special? I'm thinking of moving there in Spring and I'm trying to get an idea of how much I should budget. Thanks! :)

it was a special, i think my apt would cost $615/mo w/o the special. i think they usually have move-in incentives of some sort, though.
