Parking: I never have a hard time finding a parking spot.
Noise: The noise is not bad. I live on the first floor of my building and the ceilings are somewhat creaky when people are moving upstairs, but you get used to it quickly.
Grounds: The complex is beautiful. There are lots of lovely trees and the lake is nice. There are a lot of potholes in the roads, but welcome to Indiana.
Safety: I wish the grounds were better lit, but I do not feel unsafe where I live.
Construction: The apartments are big and the buildings look nice. Very pleased.
Maintenance: From my experience with maintenance, they are quick and efficient. Apparently it has improved by leaps and bounds.
Staff: I love the office staff! They are so nice and helpful!
Overall: For the price, this apartment complex can't be beat! I have been recommending it to all of my friends...and now you!

You should. Great place at a great price. I LOVE it here! The pavement has been fixed, so no more potholes even!
