I have lived here for 6 months now, and i'm not exactly sure where all the negativity is coming from. I have really never been hassled by management except for the time i shortpayed rent by 91 cents.
I had a dog for a couple weeks which barked, no one complained. My maintenance requests have been executed within a weeks time. I am warm in the winter, cool in the summer. NEver had a problem with parking.
Only complaint is that the abandoned apt next to mine had a sewer line break which smelled terrible for a day, but that was fixed very quickly and there were no lingering smells.
Honestly, they pay for your gas, so water and electric comes to like $50 a month. You will not find a better price. No issues on security at all.

HEY MANAGEMENT/JIHYLAND NICE RESPONSE BUT THIS PLACE IS ----! FOR 600 YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THIS UNSAFE --------, ALSO GAS IF YOU HAD TO PAY WOULD ONLY COST $20 A MONTH SO NO ITS NOT A DEAL WHAT SO EVER. AND 6 MONTHS AGO YOU WOULDNT HAVE NEEDED THE AC NICE TRY THERE..

winers..winers...please stop wining! I love my apartment! maybe you are right about being close to office...I am fairly close and had exceptional service...I love everything about this place...not one complaint :) have a nice day and remember.....stop crying!

Well, if you aren't management, maintenance, or some other employee, you must live close to the office. They cater to those apartments directly in front of the office because that's where all of their show units are. Even if you do live there, you would have to be blind and deaf, or an extremely deep sleeper to not notice the noise problems and safety issues that go on in this apartment complex. I don't believe for a second that all of your maintenance requests are met within a week, considering most of mine were never completed, and a lot of others have the same problem. There's no doubt in my mind that you're a part of the staff there, but if infact you're not, then feel lucky that you have friends that do work their.

No, not really any of that. I just am not scared of children throwing rocks in ponds unsupervised, unlike yourself. I have made it a point to be somewhat civil to the staff there, as it helps to get stuff done. But i assume you are just some surly, unpleasant human, who jsut loves being a shut in and enjoys complaining at every chance instead of actually taking things into your own hands. And if there is some ------ unsightly vehicle in my parking lot, then, yes, i probably would want to tow it too.
