I have only lived there for 4 months and have been seeking legal advice on how to get the hell out of there. I'll start from outside the building and work my way in. Parking is a joke. In 4 months, 3 cars have been broken into. Good luck if you can find a spot. I live by the main entrance and have to park at CVS, because there are no spots. I rented a carport, but people park in my spot anyway. Dont bother calling the "Courtesy Officer" beacause he will never respond. I know he is real, I see him drive through the lot at night with his headlights off. I wonder if he shut his brain off too. In my building there are 8 apartments. We all share 1 water heater, and 1 washer, and 1 dryer. How do they expect 16 people to share 1 washer and 1 dryer. The tenants above me are loud as hell. One night they were urinating off their balcony onto my patio. They were shouting in the hallway and running up and down the stairs. I made the mistake in calling the Courtesy Officer thinking this half-ass rent-a-cop might do something...I was wrong. My fridge has not worked since I moved in. I threatened them with some legal mumbo jumbo and they fixed it the next day. Why the 6 phone calls and 2 in person visits werent enough, I dont know. The management is a joke. Good luck getting a straight answer on anything. All they are good for is cashing your check...promptly. I can only hope that people read this and consider this. Some people have never had a problem. I have a friend that has live there for 3 years and never had a problem. But he lives on the back end of the complex, opposite of me. Im just trying to inform you of what some of the hassel you may encounter. Spend the extra money and rent a place with less of a headache.
