I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START. FIRST OFF, MY APARTMENT SMELLS OF SEWER GAS EVERY MORNING AND THROUGH OUT THE DAY GIVING ME HEADACHES USUALLY LEADING INTO A MIGRAIN, AS WELL AS THE WATER SMELLS OF ROTTEN EGGS. I NEVER HAVE HOT WATER WHEN I GET IN THE SHOWER IN THE MORNINGS. MAYBE THATS BECAUSE I LIVE IN A BUILDING WITH 7 OTHER APARTMENTS AND THERE IS ONLY 1 WATER HEATER' SECOND THE -------S ABOVE ME ARE LOUD AS HELL STOMPING AROUND, SLAMMING ---- AROUND THROUGH ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. NOT TO MENTION I PAY FOR A CARPORT AND NEVER GET MY F-ING SPOT BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE IS ALWAYS PARKED IN IT. TO TOP IT OFF THERE IS NEVER A PARKING SPOT CLOSE TO MY BUILDING,IN WHICH MY ROOM MATE ALWAYS HAS TO PARK AT CVS AND WALK FOREVER AT 11P.M. NOT SAFE AT ALL.. I CAN'T STAND THE LEASING OFFICE THEY ARE NO HELP AND WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AND YOU NEED THE MAINTANCE TEAM THEY NEVER COME. THE SO CALLED "COURTESY OFFICER" YEAH COMPLETE JOKE, WHEN YOU NEED HIM HE NEVER RETURNS YOUR CALL AND IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY IT IS. SO WHAT THE ---- IS THE POINT IN HAVING ONE' I WISH THAT I WOULD HAVE CAME ACROSS THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I SIGNED MY LEASE WITH MY ROOM MATE. NOW WE ARE STUCK HERE FOR 9 MORE MONTHS. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOME WHERE NICER.

i havent had a problem. Only 3 other people live in my building, dont have anyone to the side, dont have anyone above. Its nice and quiet, there is ample parking. What does a car port do for you. Does it keep your little car nice and dry?? :( Heaven forbid it gets rained on orr uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu snow! They probably were only designed with 70 degrees and sunny in mind

Wow jihyland, kinda testee. My guess is you are one of the fat trolls that works in the leasing office. Boo hoo, somebody made fun of the shity apartments I rent out. If you dont want people to leave bad comments, get off your fat ass and make this place worth paying for. Im glad you have ample parking. Next time you come home, just do us all a favor and park your car at the bottom of one of the many shity ponds. Which reminds me, since you work here. Why dont you change the name to Shity PondWood Lodge, or maybe ---- Hole. Have a good day, dont break a sweat...fatty.

sorry about your luck :( ...I still love my apartment and I am about to sign my 3rd lease...yes...at lakewood lodge...I no longer have 7 awesome neighbors...one has left...so I have 6 awesome neighbors!! and yes I think the office babes are hot :) I have screaming hot water in the morning & my aparment gets cold in the summer and warm in the winter...so go ahead and move to the projects like you said...u might belong there...

I had also noticed that the water sometimes had a very foul smell. That's probably due to their poor sewage system (my toilet wouldn't flush without plunging 90%, yes 90% of the time...even after getting the entire toilet replaced). Or maybe it's from the ponds that get completely filthy and stink horribly depending on what side of the pond you're on. wow, cook2005...I smell a troll. "7 awesome neighbors?" "lovely ladies of the leasing office?" not convincing. No one who has to live in one of the crappy units with 8 apartments finds all of their neighbors "awesome." And if you aren't one of the people that uses all of the hot water in the morning, then you'd be complaining about it. I would sooner live in the projects than move back into Lakewood Lodge. At least in the projects I'd expect the horrible living situations that I faced living at Lakewood Lodge and paying over $600/month for that BS.
