I actually failed to listen to the people who have posted on this site and I rented here. HUGE mistake. The service is ridiculous. I've been here almost a year and they have yet to fix the blinds that they said they'd fix the day I moved in.
The noise is ridiculous. I have a neighbor who is constantly playing music at an obnoxious volume. I have recieved no support from the staff or the mythical "Courtesy Officer" whom I'm convinced does not exist.
The parking lot is dark and therefore unsafe. And parking in general is a challenge. Spots fill up beyond capacity and I have to park a long (and sometimes dark) walk from my apartment.
THIS PLACE SUCKS. It is cheap and not even worth what you pay. My suggestion is if you want to save money live further from downtown don't sacrifice your comfort and safety for this SLUM.
Also you should note that all the positive posts have people attack them. But that's not the interesting part. The interesting part is that every positive post is defended by it's writer on the same exact date 06/09/2009 so that show's you that they are all written by the staff AND that the staff is too stupid to be sneaky.
