Within just one year the overall feel of this apartment community has taken a turn for the worse. I've lived here for almost six years and it's really getting bad. It seems the quality of people being permitted to move to Landmark is declining. My new neighbors smoke pot all day everyday! The hallway smells like .... I've called the office and complained, but I guess it's not that important of an issue to them. I've had maintenance issues which have gone for days without being fixed. It seems even the maintenance guys aren't even working as hard as they use to when the other two managers were here. Now I've been threatened with eviction because of a water bill, mind you I've not ever been late on my rent in six years! Give me a break! I'm getting out of here!
