Great Find - Well Maintained Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I've been searching all around north Indianapolis and Carmel for an apartment short-term. I've visited about 10 apartments and Landmark Apartments was the best. Pros: -Very affordable, yet community is well maintained -Friendly staff -Gated community -Five minutes away from many major grocers -Lots of trees and a pond Cons (specific to my studio apartment): -Very small counter space -Outdated cabinetry -Have to exit my building to access washer/dryer
