I have lived at Landmark Apartments for over a year. I plan to live here until I buy a home. The location is perfect-only about a 15 minute drive to Broad Ripple or Downtown. It's a gated community. It's wooded. It's quiet. If I've ever had a maintenence issue, I've made a call to the office and it's been taken care of. As far as the mold goes, someone should have made a call to the office long before it got out of hand. They are older apartments but have been kept up nicely. If you are interested in Landmark, come by and check it out. I think you'll be impressed with what you see and realize all the negative reviews have been written by some sad, desperate for entertainment LUNATIC! How disrespectful can one person be' As far as the claim about Pedifiles, I recently reviewed the list of all the local sex offenders and was relieved to find that NONE were residents at Landmark.
