most apartments offer the same things but landmark takes it a step above- it is really a nice safe place to live. The buildings are fa enough apartment from each other so you can easily find a parking space. I rarily hear my neighbors. My electric bill is never over 60 dollars. I have never experienced any problems with ants or any other type of bugs. I dont know the staff well but they seemed pleasant when I leased. The outside area always appears to be in good repair as far a street lights and exterior lighting. I have a 3 bedroom townhome and its very large. I do wish they had garages but other then that I am happy
