Master key floating to bums on the streets.

This place is beyound belief. One day, I walked in to my apartment and found a bum sleeping in it. When I panicked, ran out and called the police, the management would not let them in to the gate and the cops had no way of getting in. So this place never though about emergency access after hours. I was freezing outside and finally the cops got inside as someone was driving inside and they followed the car in. So this drunk bum slept in my unit for hours and when the cops questioned him, he had a master key that someone gave him on the street. I heard of another such incident, so this is a pattern. Master keys are being passed around on the streets. When I filed the police report, the cops told me that they had other similar complaints and incidents from this complex over the past years. So when I tried talking to management about this, they did not seem to care one bit, saying that there was nothing that they could do as changing all the locks would cost lots of money. Can you belief that ' Also, not as big of an issue, but 3 weeks after I moved in, my car was broken in to and my radio was stolen and dashboard ruined. I can't wait to move out and suggest you dont move in.
Loud music is played all night most nights like a college dorm. These people that live here dont respect your privacy or peace and do as they please, so forget complaining to management as they just shrug their shoulders and smile and dont say or do anything. Talking to them is like talking to the wall. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
