I'm new here and had planned to stay only temporarily but I will probably sign a lease. Management is extremely helpful and accommodating, neighbor noise is virtually nonexistent so far (touch wood), the grounds are clean and pretty and the apartments are well maintained. The neighbors I've met have seemed sane and friendly and all in all I think Landmark is great.
