I am not a disgruntled former tenant but I want people to know of my HORRIBLE experience at this complex.
This past February, in the midmorning, ALL 5 apartments in my building were broken into at once. To gain access my apartment, thieves used some kind of crowbar and tore all the wood molding around my door including breaking through TWO deadbolts.
My apartment was ransacked. They went through all my drawers and invaded my closet. They stole my laptop, tv, jewelry, (to name a few), AND my sense of security.
This is a gated complex with a night security guard. Which I know does not mean that this still can't happen but this was a thought out plan and according to the police and whoever did this had to be STALKING my building. Because how else would these thieves have known that ALL 5 apartments would be empty on that particular time and on that particular day.
I want prospective tenants to know about this incident because if it could happen to me it could happen to you.

This place is not safe, I agree. My crappy little old car to get broken in to pisses me off. Bastards stole my GPS.
