I lived at Latitudes for a year and a half and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! I could not believe what I saw when I read the negative reviews. Obviously some of the residents, particularly those that complain about such petty things as not being able to have a raft in the pool, have too much time on their hands. EVERY maintenance problem that I had (always very minor) was corrected immediately and by the most courteous maintenance staff I have ever encountered. (I have lived in several apartments due to my job)

The office staff was always very accommodating and polite. Every time I went in there, I was greeted with a genuine smile. Every staff member has individually gone out of their way for me at one time or another when they didn't have to. I did not experience the high speed internet, but I could not see blaming the staff for standing by their products!

All in all, this is the best place I have lived. Every neighbor that I met had just as great things to say about Latitudes and I hope that they will learn of this site and comment on their wonderful experiences also. I am definitely surprised by such petty and outrageous accusations made by other people.
