"High Speed" Internet is a Joke!!!!

I've been dealing with the same internet problems others have expressed on this board. I've made several calls to the staff and corporate office and have actually had no response yet. Judging by other posts on this board, I won't be happy when I do. It should be advertised as "sometimes no speed, sometimes slow speed" internet access, because that is what it is. For someone that views this as an important service, forget about Latitudes. The cable is also a joke, but that is less important to me than having access to high speed internet. I don't really care about the pool rules, so I won't comment on that. Also, included in my rent every month is some waste management charge, I guess for the ONE community trash bin that I have to drive to to dump my trash.
