I lived here from February 01 - March 02 and since relocated to Cleveland for my employer. A year and a half later, I have been contacted by a collections agency as the management at this apartment have determined that I did not give them notice that I was leaving though I sat with one of the staff to discuss options and provided written notice approximately 2 months notice of my departure date. They also are charging me significant money to repaint the walls that were dirtied due to the construction work that they were performing on the property during my stay. I have attempted to contact Edward Roses' offices repeatedly to discuss the matter and have received no help. I was never impressed with the mgmt while living in the apartment, and I have been extremely unimpressed with their lack of professionalism now that I have left. It is my advice that apartments under this management group be avoided.
