Buyer Beware, poorly managed

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Latitudes looks great from the street, but
buyer beware.
Look beyond the nice Club House..
Examples of our problems.
1) Mice in ceiling.
2) Dog matter is all through grass area.
3) Prepare to pay when you leave because
you will be paying for mini blinds and
what ever else they can find to charge
you with.. I got charged for a blind
because it was "drooping" ...not broke
mind you "drooping"
4) Also be prepared to share Gym and work
out room with non residents, because there
is no staff control after hours.
Overall I view living there as a mistake...
a very expensive mistake. I would not recomend Latitudes as and option.
I feel you pay a premium price for
poor service...
