GOOD
1. Interenet (Dual T1)-minimal problems, had to work with service provider (not community staff) directly to resolve issues, but ultimately resolved my problem.
2. Layout-2bed/1bath is nice, no complaints.
3. Exterior-Beautiful exterior, well maintained
4. Staff-attractive young women, blonde roots
BAD
1. Pool/hot tub-closed more than its open, staff supervision always required, we're all adults aren't we'
2. 2 month notice-EXTREMELY INFLEXIBLE, it is not possible to provide 2 months notice (i.e. when you are seeking a new job out of the area)...ultimatley I believe they will try to screw me...hard.
3. Neighbors-too many old people, too many children.
4. Maintenance staff-too many times do they need into my apt. when I'm not present. Shady.
UNNACEPTABLE
1. Cable (TV)-poor selection for same cost as Comcast. Inflexible, written into lease so changes cannot be made to service. DISHES ARE NOT ALLOWED! DO NOT BELIEVE THE AGREEMENT THAT SAYS YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU MEET THE MANUF'S INSTALL GUIDELINES. IT IS NOT ELECTRICALLY POSSIBLE TO GROUND IT. IT IS A SCAM!!! This angers me the most about this complex, they are deliberately deceptive.
