Latitudes is a great place to live, no matter what all these reviews say. Staff is nice, grounds are great, it has a lot of nice features, maintenance is good too. It seems like most of these reviews are just people that are mad because they didn't bother to read their lease or pay attention when it was explained to them. I lived there for 18 months and they told me when I signed at move in and when I renewed that I had to give a 60 day notice.

I would definitely recommend it.
