I can't believe it....I have been reading through some of the negative reviews and it boils my blood! I have never heard so many whiney people in my life. Dog faeces' You think it's okay to expect maintenance to pick that up' How dare some of you! It wouldn't surprise me if you complaining are the main offendors... Have you told your neighbor who is letting their animal ruin your facilities by deficating on common areas that they need to pick up the poop, or have you just watched...hmmmm! I wonder, thats a hard one! No instead you complain and whine.... Yeah ! Sorry Latitudes it appears as though you got the short end of the stick when it comes to residents :(
Oh yeah and that other comment...."we're all adults!" Pah! Who' Those residents who have ruined it for everyone else by taking advantage of the facilities. I mean, hello! the rules clearly state that alcohol or glass bottles are not allowed in the area! Duh! Have you hoosiers ever taken basic English reading classes' Give me a break! I feel so bad for the Latitudes staff, they work so hard, maintenance and office, only to hear " I pay $1200 to live here" you know what, you made that choice! Get off your damn high horses, you reside on the south side of town for a reason.....yeah you know why that is! As for non-residents using facilities, hello! Ask the resident who's letting them into the clubhouse to stop! How many times has someone knocked on the clubhouse door after hours and you have let them in.....please. People in glass houses....
As for the cable, it's not all that bad, I haven't had that many issues. As for the internet, thank goodness it goes down, if it didn't I would never get anything done. Seriously though, not that much of an issue either. The highspeed team have been very helpful even physically came out to the apartment. Finally thank you latitudes staff for putting up with all the Bullsh*t residents and mainting a smile for us :)

I don't live in Indianapolis (yet) ...getting ready to relocate there...why do people "live on the south side of town for a reason" ? ...just curious.
