Sigh, really going downhill fast. Bringing in bad tentants and not disclipining people for things like leaving rotting trash on porches and doorsteps for WEEKS, writing profanity on the sidewalks, parking in handicap parking, lighting fireworks at 2 in the morning, not cleaning up after their dogs, you name it and they are not doing anything about it. Really beginning to look like a dump. I used to be proud to live here, I guess a lot happens in a few years time. Most neighbors are terrible, leaving fece-stained rugs on their porches, trashy furniture on back porches, window screens are ripped and not replaced, window blinds are demolished and not replaced, grounds are ill-kept barely mowed all summer, whoever is mowing is being careless and huge holes are in the siding where rocks hit from the mower and no one is replacing it, grounds are always mucky and muddy and no attempt to fix the low-lying areas are being made. Broken glass can be found all over as well as trash. They seem to have a problem getting tenants, I see a lot of apts empty right now. Lived here for a long time and been a good tenant but that does not really matter to these people, no loyalty or respect no matter who you are or how long you been here. Expect trouble and disrepect if you have to deal with any of the staff. Cannot wait to get out. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
