Warnings no matter how bad you need a place do not move to Latitudes Apts.
They always get new staff like crazy not to improve the situation but to matter worse for the tenants. At Latitudes they have a policy cheating tenants. You rent an apt no matter how long as soon as you move out regardless of the condition they will charge you for the carpet through out the apt and will never prove that they did such change and will not provide any evidence of such changes. I was with them for one year never pay my rent late (after the 5th) I became tired of unprofessional staff and bad maintenance I decided to buy a house, my mortgage wanted a rental verification from them they submit the form for MGNT to verify my rent and they totally refused claim that they have their own form which will not explain what the mortgage company want it. Shock of the news I went to see them and they told me the same thing, I ask them to write a statement of my payment history again they refuse.
I finally had to get one year bank statement to prove that I never pay them late.
Latitudes have unprofessional staff rude dishonest, be careful when dealing with them.
