I know for a fact that the office staff writes positive reviews on this and other sites. Beware, I don't want others to go through what I went through. I still remember the experience after moving out three years ago. The Edward Rose staff are crooks. If you like paying for things you you weren't responsible for, dog poop, leaky ceilings, loud rap music, cheap appliances, lies, bad internet/tv reception, and floors falling into the appartment below (no kidding!) this would be the perfect place for you.

Ok, I'm not Office staff, I'm a real tenant with a family lived here 2 years. Three years later after moving from here is a long time to hold a grudge, but whatever. Anyhow, there is some truth to the post as I'm sure this tenant had a negative experience, but there are some very positive things as well. 1.The dog poop is very annoying, especially in the summer, however the staff isn't responsible for lazy dog owners. The grounds have poop bags conveniently located throughout the complex. So the issue is LAZINESS of the dog owners, not staff. They can't be expected to go around and pick up poop all day. 2. Crooks for staff? I think that is a corporate issue not office staff issue. We have a lovely justice system that helps people with civil and criminal matters. 3. Most recently, during the last week before Christmas, the staff put together week long special events: morning breakfast delivered straight to the car upon drive-up, free gift at our doorstep, wonderful Italian dinner from Buca De Peppo's plus free picture taken from professional photgrapher and many other events. Last year they did the same thing with different events. Most recently they just sent out a flyer asking residents a list of possible groups to get started based on interest and popularity. 4. The grounds are kept in very good condition regardless of some of the inconsiderate dog owners. 5. LEAKY CEILINGS, not sure. never had mine leak 6. LOUD RAP. No problems with neighbors being loud, live on bottom floor. Trust if their was a problem it WOULD get taken care of by me, staff, and police. Proper steps get proper results. 7. CHEAP APPLIANCES. It's an apartment. Rent goes higher with top of the line upgrades/appliances. We brought our own WASHER/DRYER. The dishwasher is crap, just like any dishwasher. That's why we wash our dishes by hand so they get clean. 8. BAD INTERNET. Yeah. definitely. I blame that on Dish Network. There is a bit of a monopoly being played with the cable companies around here...BUT switch to AT&T for internet or go to the office with your laptop or use their computers and issue is SOLVED. 9. LIES, not that I've noticed. No opportunities for them to keep any promises to me either. 10. NEIGHBORS from upstairs visiting through the ceiling. NEVER. He was a heavy walker too.
