I've lived at Latitudes for 1 year...am moving out in 2 weeks, and have heard horror stories about charges from some other ex-tennants. My apartment is in fantastic shape, but I'm nervous about what they'll find to charge me for. (maybe the big mud prints on the carpet just inside my door that the maintenance crew left when they came to fix my AC!) Overall, the complex is OK...fairly neat, and very accessable to I-65 and shopping. The cable deal isn't great, and the trash is always overflowing...and it is just about impossible for me to get a parking spot in front of my building. I give this complex a neutral rating. I would say it's OK to live in if your first concern is wanting to be in the area of County Line and Emerson on the southside. If you don't necessarily care where you live, I would not recommend this complex.
