Be ware you cannot purchase a dish or any other cable in this community, you must use what they have. If you are going to live here in the winter months especially in (lakeview apt)you will freeze. There aren't any storm windows, the plastic does not stay up on the windows, and there isn't any insulation in the walls, floors, etc. I hear my neighbors above and below me every single day. For these apartment to be built by Edward Rose I'm very disappointed. These apartment aren't that old and not well put together. Just want you to be aware. I will be moving out as as my lease is up. Like the other resident said. "That's Our Policy." is always quoted.
