We've been here for a year and we're moving out in a couple weeks. Never had any major problems with management but maintainence was very slow. Our spare bedroom window has never shut properly and we've called them out on this three times. First time they came out to look at it and said they had to call out contractors. About three weeks later they finally show up and just "Take a look at it". Nothing was ever done so we called and they came out a third time and still did nothing. We just gave up. High-speed internet is NOT high speed and overpriced - $40/month. Dish satellite sucks because it goes out all the time. These are nice apartments but we didn't renew our lease. Oh, just before we moved in they gave us our new address so we notified our banks, credit cards etc, only to find out they'd moved us into the wrong apartment. We realized they'd got it wrong when they started the walk around inspection with us and there was no fireplace which is what we'd requested and signed to. We were told there was a miscommunication with the girl that showed us around. She'd got it wrong and was fired/quit a few days after we'd been initially been shown the apartments. We had to change our address again which was a pain, and had to wait six more days for the tenants of our actual apartment to move out. Thank god we had a place to stay. I wouldn't reccommend this apartment. I'm extremly nervous about been charged for a new carpet. Any tips anyone???
