When I was looking for an apartment last year I got on this website and looked around, especially since I had only 3 weeks to move! I read the reviews and thought people were just whining. When I came to look the staff was super nice and the grounds looked good! I was soooo wrong! The staff sucks, when you have a problem they never call you back. It's best just to go in there, but they always have to refer you to someone else who conveniently isn't there! And this last incident was the final straw and I have to put my two cents in now as well.
My husband personally went into the office to give them our 60 day notice. We spoke to Cara and she told us that we would get a letter in the mail. And my husband said that our 60 days was up two days ago. And she said it wouldn't be a problem and we would get a letter. So, days turn into weeks with no letter. So, my husband and I went in there together to take care of it and of course they say those things get lost all of the time!!! Well, if they get lost why couldn't they take our 60 days when we gave it? Then they said we would have to talk to Cara about it on Monday. Well, Cara called on Monday and said we would have to pay for an extra month. And now all I can say is stupid me for not listening to everyone on here before!
And now all I get to look foward too is the bill I will recieve for my damages.

You are most definitely right on that account. The staff are a bunch of idiots and thieves. But they don't need to be nice to you once you are here because they have your by contract. Don't be fooled into living here. You will pay the price for it and they will get you for more money than you think. Best wishes with your damage bill. I wouldn't expect it to be less than $400 if I were you. Better to plan for it. Jerks!
