I have lived here for the past 8 months. So far I haven't had any real issues or complaints. I've only talked to the office staff a few times and never had any problems. Though I have noticed it seems to be a revolving door with the staff; there are always new people in whenever i go to drop off my payments or talk with someone. Personally I like the looks of the builds and apartments, but they are a bit pricey for what you get. My lease is up at the end of Feb. and I'll probably be moving somewhere a little more affordable. After reading several previous reviews, I feel lucky to not have dealt with the problems and issues others have. Lets hope I don't get knocked with some outrageous fee after I leave.
