Ugh! Go Elsewhere, trust me!

I know they are sneaky here because the staff copied a previous review and reposted it on the site to get their percentage of good reviews up. Total joke! There are some good ammenities and the floor plans are nice. However all of that is for show because the staff and the management are totally incompetent! They also cannot keep anyone there for any length of time.
The internet is slow and they control the speed with their "bandwith" settings. Blah, Blah, Blah I've heard this a million times, "We are getting ready to increase our bandwith." They do have their own cable, but do charge slightly more that the satellite companies. Most companies do charge and extra $10 for HD service, but they also charge for the DVR and most satellite companies give you at least one for free. Cable goes out a lot and internet has been down too. I've heard that if you move into a building that has Eli Lilly units then you will have a faster connection.
Truthfully for all the extra fees it's not worth the pain and heartache. I can't wait to see what they decide to charge me when I move out! The staff really can't control it since the bookkeeper must charge you the required fees or they get marked "wrong" and could lose their job. Geesh! Go Elsewhere!

Two absolutely stellar reviews in two days. Sounds like the office staff have been at it again. I've had too many friends (as well as myself) that have lived here and had nothing but trouble with the office staff and about everything else as well to believe that this review is a real one. The office staff does not take care of cats or plants. Sheesh!

They are so full of crap! They don't give a crap about any of their residents once you sign on the dotted line. Wait until renewal time when they jack up your rent and offer nothing but a measly carpet cleaning.

so i have read nothing but bad reviews on apartments around this area. IF these places are as bad as the reviews say so, where is there good to live at then?
